House of Bijou offers refunds/exchanges within 15 days for non-personalized issues, but personalized items are final sale unless there's a manufacturing error or defect, as orders are immediately sent to production and can't be canceled or restocked.
Return Policies:
- Personalized Items: No returns unless damaged, defective, or incorrect (not as requested/described).
- Non-Personalized Items: Generally returnable if faulty or not as described/requested.
- Cancellations: Not possible after ordering because personalization starts immediately.
